Consider joining our Friends of the Westmoreland Public Library group!

The Friends of the Library (FOL) is a non-profit organization that supports the library both financially and with time and talent.

Mission

​

The Friends of the Library (FOL) mission is to raise funds and public awareness in the community to support the Westmoreland Public Library of Sumner County. FOL is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

There are so many ways you can volunteer:

 

  • Quarterly Book Sales – Help with set-up and/or
    volunteer on the day of the sale to replenish
    the tables and help with the take down on an
    afternoon.

 

  • Events – Help with special events such as
    receptions or participation in city activities.

 

  • Advocacy – Help support the Library by
    spreading the word of what a great Library we
    have!

The Friends of the Library Board of Directors is a working board that oversees and manages the 501(c)3 non-profit business.
